BREAKING: CEFTER-BSU Graduate Wins Big at 2025 Agro and Food Processing Exhibition Dr. Dorcas Nguemo Kundan, a proud PhD graduate of Food Processing Technology from the Centre for Food Technology and Research (CEFTER) at Benue State University (BSU), has been selected the overall winner of the 2025 Agro and Food Processing Exhibition in Benue State. The exhibition, which held at IBB Square in Makurdi, showcased innovative agro products from 20 inventors and was organized by the Benue State Government through key ministries and the Bureau for Entrepreneurship Development and Wealth Creation. Dr. Kundan's outstanding achievement earned her a prize money of five million naira, along with other benefits. This recognition highlights CEFTER-BSU's commitment to fostering innovation and excellence in food processing technology. The Centre for Food Technology and Research (CEFTER) at Benue State University is a World Bank African Centre of Excellence, focused on training manpower in post-harvest loss control and food processing.
